International Shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note: we are responsible for shipping deliveries/delays due to customs or transfers from USPS to the local carries in your country, and delays once the package leaves the U.S. We are not responsible for any taxes or customs fees your order may incur when receiving an international package.

Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process and ship your order. We are a small family owned business and we process, package, and ship all of our deliveries by hand. Every item is checked and carefully packed to ship Monday - Friday. We are closed on the weekends & national holidays.

Delivery dates are estimated based on the date product is shipped. Delivery times might be longer because of bad weather or unavoidable shipping delays.

* Please note - selecting a faster shipping time will only speed up the time the package spends in transit and will not affect processing time.

  • We quality check our products every time they are shipped. But if for any reason there is a problem, please let us know and we will exchange the item or give you a refund once received back. (We use these items in future marketing material - they are never re-sold). 

  • Our policy is to make you happy! That's why we have a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. All of our items are made by hand in small batches with lots of care and love. It is my genuine hope that you love every single product that you purchase. However, everyone is unique and skincare products work differently on different people. Please contact us if you need any tips or tricks on  how to use your product.

  • If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us at

  • If a product arrives broken or damaged, a replacement will be shipped. A photograph of the damage/defect is required and must be received within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To return or exchange an item, email customer service at with your order number to receive an RA# (return authorization number) before shipping your item back. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost during delivery. We are not responsible for reimbursement of returned packages that are lost in transit without proof of delivery. Tracking is recommended.

Returns are monitored for abuse. We reserve the right reject or limit returns / exchanges with or without proof of purchase. 

*Clearance items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
